No vouchers or discount codes can be redeemed during the BLACK DEALS from November 17th to November 27th, 2023. After the promotion, from November 28th, 2023, all discounts will be active again and can be redeemed in the checkout.

Promotional discounts, discount codes and vouchers must be redeemed in the checkout and will be offset against the normal price immediately before the purchase is completed. Only one discount can be redeemed and applied at a time; a combination of two or more discounts is not possible.

Returns and return shipping of care products

The buyer always bears the costs for return shipping and has a 30-day right of return. When shipping back, no reason for the return has to be given, but the order number must be recorded or stored in the return so that the chargeback can be assigned. Returns and returns of textiles
